Conrad’s passion has always been the hospitality industry. After completing his studies, he started his career as Director of Food and Beverage. He quickly escalated to Director of Sales & Marketing, and finally as Global Account Director for a major hotel chain. Throughout the years, customer service has been the cornerstone that has defined his success upon. He has served as board of director for MPI and PCMA and has also been a part of several advisory boards for large hotel chains. His experience as both a hotelier and event planner has earned him the respect of his peers. Today, with the help of his hand-picked team, Conrad has seen HMI grow from its humble beginnings to being a key industry player internationally.

Luc holds a B.A.A. in administration, an M.B.A., a certificate in business law, and is holds a certification in project management. With over 15 years in the events and media industry, Luc has excelled in customer relations by displaying an immaculate attention to detail while respecting budgetary constraints. His client expertise and rigor are only limited by what he demands of himself. Luc’s openness to the world, and its different cultures, is what truly makes him an added value to the HMI team.

Annie is a driven professional who is renowned throughout the hotel industry for her enthusiasm and positive “can do attitude”. With almost 24 years of experience in Hotel Sales, ranging from Boutique Style Properties to International Hotel Chains, Annie has developed excellent interpersonal relationships with both colleagues and clients alike. Annie always seeks to exceed expectations while creating a win-win scenario. During her 12-year tenure with the Delta Montreal, Annie received the “Delta Sales Award of Distinction” for four consecutive years from 2010 to 2014. Most recently, Annie held the position of Account Executive with the National Market Sales team at Marriott Hotels of Canada.

Stephen has been involved in the hospitality field for over 25 years. He brings to HMI a diverse background, which includes hotel operations and global sales. Stephen has held positions as Senior Sales Manager, Director of Group Sales, and Director of Sales and Marketing with properties in locations across Canada. Stephen brings to HMI a solid client relationship model built on trust and communication, both of which are the foundation of his business practice.
Geneviève is truly an expert in the industry. She is passionate, committed, and has extensive experience producing spectacular shows and events around the world. As creative as she is versatile, she never hesitates to think outside of the box for a production to guarantee operational and financial success. Her diverse background, and her experience abroad, have helped her develop considerable skills in multicultural and interdisciplinary team management. Results-oriented while respecting a mandate, she shines with her ability to ensure the transition from the imaginary to reality. Geneviève is very happy to join the HMI team and to focus her wealth of knowledge on event management!
Loïc completed his studies in Project Management, with specialization in the hospitality industry at the Conservatoire Nationale des Arts et Métiers (CNAM). After his studies, Loïc worked in France for Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group as Group Coordinator and Business Development Manager. He then decided to move to Montreal where he began a career with HMI as Sales & Events Coordinator.

Emily holds a DEC in Cinema & Communication from Dawson College and has over a decades’ experience in the customer service industry. Emily has always had a passion for helping others and going above and beyond with everything she does. New to the hospitality industry, HMI never ceases to broaden her horizons with new and valuable knowledge. Her charisma and enthusiasm are what allows her to create such meaningful connections with partners and clients alike, as well as truly shine in her role as Sales & Event Coordinator.

In 2016, HMI wanted to expand to the European market and clientele, thus creating their office in Geneva, Switzerland. The different professional backgrounds of the Geneva team members allows HMI to offer an outstanding full service to their clients.
Laurent obtained his university degree in Hospitality Management from l’Institut Univeria in Grenoble, France. After completing his degree, he moved to Switzerland and pursued his hospitality career with several upscale hotels. Having worked in every hotel department, he most recently served as Chef Concierge with the Movenpick Hotel in Geneva and became one of the youngest chef concierges in Switzerland. His extensive frontline hotel experience, and broad European contact network, is an asset to HMI.
Michelle graduated from the École Hôtelière de Lausanne. With more than 8 years of experience in the event and hospitality industry, Michelle has taken up several strategic positions in the events management sector. Through her experiences, she has gained valuable knowledge of the Swiss and international hospitality markets. She is driven by her taste for challenges, as well as her passion for client relationships and satisfaction. Along with her understanding of the event management industry, she brings a great added value to the HMI Geneva team.
After completing her Master’s degree in History in France, Marie moved to Australia where she graduated in Business & Events Management and started her career. She then pursued her career in England, Malaysia, and UAE before moving to Geneva. Marie brings with her over 10 years of experience working in international and multicultural environments. Marie also specializes in Event and Communication Projects Management – mainly within the sports, leisure, lifestyle, and hospitality industry. With her diverse background, her experiences abroad, and the constant discovery of new cultures, she has become a very creative, open-minded & versatile professional. She is passionate about the events’ industry and enjoys bringing people together to offer the best brand experience possible.
Suren comes from a hospitality background. In 2005, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing in London, UK. After his studies, he joined an independent hotel group in London as Reservations Agent and later became a Sales and Marketing Manager. He then worked for The O2 as a Leisure Sales Manager dealing with agents, airlines, sports, and entertainment events businesses. In 2017, Suren moved to Geneva and started working for a DMC based in Sri Lanka, as part of his family business (Crystal Holidays Pvt Ltd), as Director of Sales Europe overlooking the activities in the whole Europe Region and looking after agents, clients, Roadshows, Exhibitions and Trade Shows.
After completing her studies in Geneva, Cameron obtained a CFC (Federal VET Diploma) and the Federal Vocational Baccalaureate. With 4 years of experience in sales, she has developed a real relational ease and a sense of customer service. Of a jovial and determined character, and constantly seeking new horizons, Cameron is eager to take up new objectives.
