Conrad has always had a true passion for the hospitality industry. After completing his studies, he began his career as a Food & Beverage Director before quickly advancing to roles as Director of Sales and Marketing, and later Global Account Director with a major hotel group.
Throughout his career, a strong commitment to service and the guest experience has been at the heart of Conrad’s success. His expertise and vision within the industry have also led him to serve on several advisory boards for major hotel chains, as well as on the boards of directors of MPI and PCMA. With experience spanning both the hospitality and events industries, Conrad has built a strong reputation and earned the trust and respect of his peers.
After more than 22 years of helping shape and grow HMI, Conrad, surrounded by a carefully selected team of dedicated professionals, has helped establish HMI as a leading international player in the hospitality and events industry.

Holding a B.A.A. in Business Administration, an M.B.A., a certificate in Business Law, as well as a certification in Project Management, Luc brings a strong multidisciplinary academic background combined with more than 18 years of experience in customer service and project management.
Throughout his career, attention to detail, rigor, and a constant pursuit of excellence have guided his approach. His diverse experience, spanning the event industry as well as various media environments and sectors, enables him to approach each mandate with a strategic, creative, and pragmatic perspective. His priority is to maximize the opportunities presented by each project while ensuring strict adherence to established budget parameters.
His global outlook and understanding of different cultures are also valuable assets to the HMI team. Passionate about travel and discovering new destinations, Luc takes particular interest in identifying properties and experiences that can enrich his clients’ projects and open the door to new possibilities.

Sophie began her career in the hospitality industry at the age of 18. She then pursued a career in sales management, specializing in corporate groups, quickly advancing to the position of Director of Sales.
Passionate about connecting with clients and creating exceptional experiences, she combines expertise, enthusiasm, and an unwavering commitment to service. A lover of travel, gastronomy, and music, Sophie has built a career that allows her to thrive in an industry she truly loves. She particularly enjoys travelling, discovering new destinations, and taking a special moment to enjoy her morning coffee in beautiful and idyllic surroundings.

Following his studies in Project Management in the hospitality and tourism sectors at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), Loïc began his career in France with the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group, where he successively held positions as Seminar Coordinator and Business Development Manager.
This early experience allowed him to develop strong expertise in coordination and project management within the hospitality and events industries. Driven by a desire to broaden his professional horizons and discover a new cultural environment, Loïc subsequently decided to move to Canada.
Shortly after arriving in Montreal, he joined HMI as a Sales and Events Coordinator. In this role, he actively contributes to coordinating client requests, developing business opportunities, and delivering a variety of event projects. His international background, versatility, and strong interest in the hospitality and events industries are valuable assets to the HMI team.

Océane has more than seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she has held various positions that have allowed her to develop strong expertise in management, customer service, and event coordination.
A graduate of ITHQ, she went on to complete a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management at UQAM. Attentive to each client’s needs, she places great importance on listening and on creating authentic, personalized experiences.
Passionate about travel and cultural discovery, Océane has a genuine curiosity for destinations around the world. She enjoys exploring new places and deepening her knowledge of the properties and experiences they offer, allowing her to share her discoveries and recommend destinations that truly align with her clients’ expectations.

In 2016, HMI wanted to expand to the European market and clientele, thus creating their office in Geneva, Switzerland. The different professional backgrounds of the Geneva team members allows HMI to offer an outstanding full service to their clients.
