Conrad's passion has always been the hospitality industry. After completing his studies, he started his career as director of food and beverage, quickly escalating to director of sales & marketing and finally as global account director for a major hotel chain. Throughout the years, customer service has been the cornerstone that has defined his success. He has served as board of director for MPI and PCMA as well as sitting on several advisory boards for large hotel chains. His experience as both a hotelier and event planner has earned him the respect of his peers. Today, with the help of his hand-picked team, Conrad has seen HMI grow from its humble beginnings to being a key industry player internationally.

Luc Myre

Senior Director - Sales & International Business development

Luc holds a B.A.A. in administration, an M.B.A., Master's degree in business law as well as a certification in project management. With over 15 years in the events and media sector, Luc has excelled in customer relations by displaying an immaculate attention to detail while respecting budgetary constraints. His client expertise and rigor are only limited by going beyond what he himself demands. Luc’s openness to the world and different cultures truly make him an added value to the HMI team.

Annie Marcoux

Senior Account Director

Annie is a driven professional who is renowned throughout the hotel industry for her enthusiasm and positive “can do attitude”. With almost 20 years of experience in Hotel Sales ranging from Boutique Style Properties to International Hotel Chains, Annie has developed excellent interpersonal relationships with both colleagues and clients alike; always seeking to exceed expectations while creating a win-win scenario. Recipient of the “Delta Sales Award of Distinction” for four consecutive years (2010 to 2014) during her 12-year tenure with the Delta Montreal. Most recently Annie held the position of Account Executive with the National Market Sales team at Marriott Hotels of Canada.

Mireille Gendron

Event Concierge & Specialist

Mireille began her hospitality studies at l’ITHQ where she received her Tourism Technique diploma. She then moved on to manage an Auberge in Costa Rica and work in a travel agency where she realized her passion for exceptional customer service. She later graduated from the International Concierge Institute and was awarded a membership with the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or Association in 1998 and was a key member of the Hotel Omni Mont-Royal team for over 7 years. Mireille then joined Bombardier Business Aircraft as a Corporate Concierge in 2007 and spent the next 12 years perfecting her talent for building strong relationships within the industry. With over 20 years of experience in the fields of hospitality and events, Mireille looks forward to making your event a truly unforgettable experience!

Nadine Susel

Director of Operations & Events

Over the past 10 years Nadine has designed, managed and executed over 300 high-profile events worldwide; from trade shows to exclusive celebrity meet and greets. She began her career as an Event Coordinator for Bombardier Business Aircraft with key specializations in hospitality and marketing before being promoted to Regional Marketing Manager. More recently, she worked as a Senior Project Manager for Connect&GO, overseeing event operations for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. Nadine has always had a passion for building strong relationships with people in order to deliver the best results. As part of the HMI team Nadine looks forward to bringing her unique operational expertise and passion for guest experience to your event!

Loic Cadu

Sales & Event Coordinator

After completing his studies in Project Management with specialization in the hospitaly industry at the Conservatoire Nationale des Arts et Métiers (CNAM), Loic worked in France with Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs Group as Group Coordinator and Business Development Manager. He then decided to move to Montreal where he began a career with HMI as Sales Coordinator.


Laurent Riva

General Manager – European Division

After obtaining his university degree in Hospitality Management from l'Institut Univeria in Grenoble, France, Laurent moved to Switzerland and pursued his hospitality career with several upscale hotels. Having worked in every hotel department, he most recently served as Chef Concierge with the Movenpick Hotel in Geneva and became the one of the youngest chef concierges in Switzerland. His extensive frontline hotel experience and broad European contact network is an asset to HMI.

Léa Pastot

Assistant Director of Events - HMI Signature Europe

After obtaining a Master's degree in Conference and Events Management, Lea pursued her career in London, where she worked for several event companies as a creative event planner, before joining HMI in 2017. Praised for her ability to multi-task, she creates briefs and plans all stages for multiple events simultaneously. Thanks to her knowledge of the hospitality industry, Lea also deals with operations management and negotiation with our suppliers.

Alkistis Evangelidou

Project Manager

Alkistis has more than 10 years of experience in hospitality industry working for companies specialized in event management. She has organized from concept to completion numerous high profile events from large-scale international conferences to small corporate meetings. She is effective and responsible with the ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously. With attention to detail, creativity and a commitment to excellence, Alkistis designs and executes events that achieve her clients’ goals. She has a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, she is currently studying for an MBA and she speaks English, French and Greek.

Phillippa Rose

Global Account Manager

In 2011 Phillippa was awarded her bachelor’s degree in Geography from Royal Holloway, University of London. She then enjoyed 3 years as Premium Cabin Crew for a 5 Star airline in the UAE, which earned her the opportunity to later continue her development as a Graduate Sales Manager. Phillippa gained a wealth of knowledge and diversity from her position as a Key Account Manager in leisure travel. She then pursued her travel interests in London with a focus on TMC account management and corporate dealing for a different luxury airline. Phillippa is incredibly focused on the end goal and consistently finds innovative solutions to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations! She looks forward to sharing her passion for the hospitality industry as an ambassador for HMI!
